Older is an engineer with over 21 years of experience in the Information Technology field, including applications and network design and implementation. As Chief Technology Officer at Innovative Health Strategies, Mr. Older assists hospitals and health systems with the procurement of enterprise financial and clinical information systems. Among many things, Mr. Older works with clients to develop system requirements, request for proposals and helps to analyze vendor responses on both a technical and financial/total cost of ownership basis. Mr. Older received his Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering with a minor in computer science from Binghamton University in 1987. Prior to joining Innovative Health Strategies, he held positions in systems design and engineering at Grumman Aerospace Corporation, Deloitte & Touche Consulting Group, and General Electric Corporation.
