"On behalf of my partner Don Waite, and myself, I am delighted to write this letter of recommendation on behalf of Innovative Health Strategies Group. Don and I have known Bill Valle, John Chambers and Butch Marino for almost a decade. In this time we have had the pleasure to see first hand what these two gentlemen were capable of in the dialysis arena. We employed them originally as advisors to our regional dialysis chain. They were able to do everything from analyzing our purchasing to our EPO utilization. This relationship resulted in an immediate cost savings and an overall increase in profitability.

At the same time Innovative educated us on the salability of our centers. They were able to evaluate, appraise and package our centers to help maximize our potential in the national market place. I believe it was solely the work of Innovative that resulted in a significant increase in sale price over what we were able to obtain on our own. Due to the past work experience of most of the Innovative team, you are represented by a group that has sat on both sides of the table. In my mind, there is no one person or group who could handle the task better. They are professional, yet extremely tenacious.
